You can love where you came from and still choose a different future.
A six-month group coaching experience for first-generation women who are ready to understand what shaped them, decide what to carry forward, and build a life — and a financial foundation — from the inside out, on their own values.
Six months · Group coaching · Two group meetings a month
You did the thing nobody around you had done before.
“You worked hard, met the expectations, and kept going.”
“And still, some days you wonder: why does it feel like I'm building without a map?”
“You may be the one everyone leans on. You may feel guilty when you choose differently.”
“You may have the degree, the title, or a plan, and still feel unsure how to build a life that is actually yours.”
“None of that means something is wrong with you.”
“It means you're doing something new, and you haven't had a roadmap.”
Self-Awareness gives you something you may not have had before: a choice.
How we think about money, work, relationships, and ourselves doesn't start with a spreadsheet. It starts earlier, with the families, cultures, beliefs, and survival experiences that shaped us before we could question any of it.
Understanding what shaped you creates the possibility of choosing what shapes you next. Self-Awareness doesn't fix everything on its own. But it gives you something you may not have had before: a choice.
This work looks at both sides of building a different future. The inner side: beliefs, self-trust, boundaries, purpose. And the practical side: where your money actually stands and what to do next.
Financial independence is about more than money. It's also about having the knowledge, resources, and agency to make informed decisions about your own life — including understanding your financial circumstances, like who holds an account and what you have access to. That awareness matters, especially when a relationship becomes unsafe or circumstances change unexpectedly. The Academy helps you build that foundation from the inside out: self-awareness and self-mastery alongside practical financial education and intentional action.
If nothing changes, nothing changes.
The patterns you don't examine don't go away — they keep running you. The guilt around wanting more. The exhaustion of being the one everyone leans on. The money you earn but can't fully account for. The relationships that drain you because you never learned to name what you need.
Another year passes, and you're still building without a map — still carrying what was handed to you, still wondering why it feels this hard. You can keep going the way you've been going. You're strong enough to. But strength without a roadmap is how you end up a decade older in the same place, just more tired.
The roadmap I wish I'd had.
Holistic Wealthy Women's Academy is a six-month group coaching experience grounded in the 5M Self-Mastery Model, my roadmap to holistic wealth.
You'll combine guided reflection, practical education, financial organization, and group coaching, alongside other women doing the same work. We meet as a group twice a month.
I created the roadmap I wish I'd had. You don't have to figure it all out from scratch. And you decide how to use it, because no two women build the same life.
The 5M Self-Mastery Model
The 5M Self-Mastery Model is a framework for five connected parts of your life. They influence each other, and you'll return to them throughout the program, not in a rigid order.
Mindset
The Inner work
Unlearn the survival thinking you inherited — scarcity, guilt, and the belief that rest is a luxury. Look at the beliefs, expectations, and money stories you inherited, and decide which ones still belong to you.
Mission
Your Purpose
Your reason for being. Get clear on your values, your purpose, and the future you want to build.
Meaningful Relationships
Your People
Your community and those you trust and rely on. Practice communicating what you need and setting boundaries, while staying connected to the people you love.
Meaningful Work
Your Calling
What you're most passionate about. Reflect on the work you do, why you do it, and how it fits into the life you want.
Money
Your Foundation
Heal your money story, get out of debt, and build wealth that lasts for generations. See your financial picture clearly, build practical skills, and take steps toward greater stability, debt freedom, and financial independence.
Money work may begin earlier than stage five, and the pillars overlap. You return to each one as your life asks you to.
A proposed sequence — we adjust it as we go.
Because your life doesn't follow a rigid order.
Self Awareness
Establish a baseline with the 5M self-assessment and begin your financial snapshot.
Mindset
Explore inherited beliefs, expectations, and money stories.
Mission
Clarify values, purpose, and direction.
Meaningful Relationships
Communication, boundaries, and intentional participation.
Meaningful Work & Money
Connect priorities to work and financial decisions, with a practical plan.
Integration
Revisit the self-assessment, reflect on progress, and set realistic next steps.
Imagine six months from now.
Not a promise of a result — a picture of what the work can build toward.
You can see your financial picture clearly — what you owe, what you earn, and what your next move is.
You can name the beliefs you inherited and choose which ones you're keeping.
You've practiced saying what you need — and the people you love are still here.
Your work aligns with the life you're actually building, not the one you were handed.
You have a community of women who get it, and an accountability sister walking it with you.
You're making decisions from clarity, not survival — and building a legacy, not just breaking a cycle.
Everything you get
- Six months of group coaching
- Two group meetings per month

- A financial snapshot and budget tracker
- Guided reflection exercises between sessions
- Community and an Accountability Sister
Is this the right time?
This may be for you if…
- You're a first-generation woman building without a roadmap
- You want to understand your patterns, and not only fix your numbers
- You're ready to reflect, practice, and take action between sessions
- You want community and accountability on the way
It may not be the right time if…
- You're looking for a quick fix or a guaranteed outcome
- You're in crisis and need therapy or immediate professional support
- You're not able to commit time to the sessions and the work in between
Financial circumstances are not only about mindset. Systems, family responsibilities, and real constraints matter, and this program treats them that way.

A sister further down the road.
I'm Janeica Davis, M.A. I'm the fourth of thirteen children and the first in my family to graduate from college and pursue entrepreneurship. I paid off $70,000 in debt and became an investor in 2020.
I hold a master's degree in Psychology in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, completed graduate study through the Spirituality Mind Body Institute, and have over 13 years of leadership and operations experience in healthcare and academia.
I'm not a therapist or a financial advisor. I'm a sister further down the road, who built the roadmap she needed and teaches it, so you don't have to start from scratch.

What your investment includes
Six months of guided work, practical tools, and a sisterhood walking it with you — for one investment.
Applying starts a conversation — not a commitment. We'll talk through where you are and what you're building. If the program isn't the right fit, I'll tell you directly and point you toward what is.
No pressure · No obligation · Just a real conversation
Questions, answered.
You don't have to figure it all out alone.
You don't have to give up where you came from to build somewhere new. If you're ready to understand yourself more clearly, make more intentional choices, and build a future that reflects what matters to you, I'd love to walk it with you. The goal isn't just to break a cycle — it's to build a new legacy. And that takes time.
Con amor y cariño, Janeica
